CHIA SEED PARFAIT WITH CHOCOLATE AND RASPBERRIES

To make a runny chia seed pudding, you'll need:

– 1/4 cup chia seed – 1 cup milk of your choice (almond, coconut, dairy, etc.) – 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Ingredients:

– Sweetener of your choice (optional), such as honey, maple syrup, or stevia – 1 cup fresh raspberrie – Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt – Dark chocolate shavings or cocoa nibs (optional, for garnish)

Ingredients:

In a mixing bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds, milk, cocoa powder, and sweetener (if using). Stir well to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then give it another stir to prevent clumping.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight. The chia seeds will absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency with a chocolate flavor.

Once the chia pudding is ready, prepare your parfait glasses or bowls. Start layering the parfait by spooning some of the chia seed pudding into the bottom of each glass.

Add a layer of Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt on top of the chia pudding.Scatter a few fresh raspberries over the yogurt layer.

Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass, ending with a layer of yogurt and raspberries.

Optionally, garnish the top of the parfait with dark chocolate shavings or cocoa nibs for extra chocolate flavor and decoration.

Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
