Chocolate-Peanut Butter Protein Shake

This creamy high-protein smoothie tastes similar to a chocolate-peanut butter banana milkshake and will keep you satiated for hours.   

You don't even need to add protein powder because soymilk, Greek yogurt, and peanut butter all have naturally occurring protein.  

INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup unsweetened vanilla soymilk – ¾ cup sliced frozen banana – ½ cup reduced-fat plain Greek yogurt – 1 tablespoon cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

PROCESS

Combine soymilk, banana, yogurt, cocoa powder and peanut butter in a blender; blend until smooth.
