Every Player On WNBA Team Just Received $100,000 Sponsor From The City

Before the 2024 WNBA season began, Las Vegas Aces star A'ja Wilson encouraged fans to support the players and league.

"I hope that anyone who has invested and is paying attention to it will continue to invest in it,"

Wilson told CNBC. "Buy the jersey. Go to that game. Take someone else. Put your money where your mouth is by investing in these women."

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority has decided to sponsor every player on the Aces this season. Each player will receive $100,000 as part of this agreement.

Steve Hill, the president and CEO of LVCVA, arrived at the Aces' locker room to present the players with this offer.

"We would like to offer each of you individually a sponsorship for this year in the amount of $100,000," Hill stated.

"The offer is very simple. We want you to just keep playing and representing Las Vegas. And if you can do it three times, that will be the cherry on top."

Hill ensured that LVCVA spoke with each player's agent to ensure that this transaction could be completed.   This is the moment.
