Food: Wheat-free Air-Fried Raspberry Pie   


Air Fryer Apple Crumble Recipe – 2 Apples, peeled and chopped (Granny Smith Preferred) – 1/2 tbsp corn starch – 1/4 cup sugar – 1 tbsp lemon juice – 1 tsp cinnamon – Your Favorite Ice Cream

CRUMBLE MIX – 1/2 cup oat – 1/2 cup gluten-free flour – 1/4 cup brown sugar – 1/2 tsp Cinnamon – 1/4 cup melted Butter or Coconut Oil


Step 1

 Chop the apples into little cubes.

Step 2

 In a bowl, mix the apple chunks with lemon juice, sugar, corn starch, and cinnamon. 

Step 3

In a separate Bowl, mix oatmeal, brown sugar, and cinnamon. 

Step 4

 Mix well, then add in melted butter or coconut oil.

Step 5

In a ramekin, add in the spiced apple mix, and layer on the crumble mix on top.

Step 6

Air Fry at 350 F for 18 minutes.

Step 7

Top with your favorite ice cream.
