Grape-Pineapple Mint Fizz

This simple and delicious summer cocktail combines the sweet aromas of grape and pineapple with fresh mint. 

INGREDIENTS

– ½ cup fresh mint leave – 1 ½ cups unsweetened grape juice – 1 (6 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple juice – 2 cups club soda, chilled – Ice cube – Fresh mint sprigs (optional)

PROCESS

Place 1/2 cup mint leaves in a pitcher. Use the back of a big spoon to gently bruise the leaves. Stir in the grape and pineapple juices. Cover and chill for 4–24 hours. 

STEP 1

Strain the mint from the grape juice mixture and discard. Stir the club soda into the juice mixture. Pour into chilled glasses and, if preferred, garnish with mint sprigs.
