Healthy Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

This healthy blueberry smoothie recipe takes 5 minutes to make and only requires 5 ingredients. 

 It's light and refreshing, perfect for breakfast or a snack. Add spinach to create a green blueberry banana smoothie!

This nutritious blueberry smoothie recipe is one of our personal favorites. It takes less than 5 minutes to prepare and only requires 5 ingredients.

To make this blueberry banana smoothie even more nutritious and protein-packed, try adding a variety of mix-ins (such as protein powder, spinach, or chia seeds). The ideal approach to power your hectic day!

Unsweetened almond milk. This dish works great with any non-dairy milk (coconut, almond, rice, or oat). You could also use ordinary dairy milk.

Frozen blueberries. I always keep a bag of wild blueberries (my favorite variety) in the freezer for making this blueberry banana smoothie.

 If you find beautiful fresh blueberries at a great price during the summer, you can always flash freeze them and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
