Turkish Eggs With Asian Chili Oil 

INGREDIENTS 

– 2 Egg – 2 Slices Of Bread – 2 tbsp Butter – 1 tbsp Chili Oil – 0.5 tbsp soy sauce (optional)

HERB YOGURT MIX – 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt – 1 tsp lemon zest – 1 pinch salt & pepper to taste – 1 clove garlic, minced – fresh dill chopped to garnish

PROCEDURE

Step 1

Mix Greek yogurt, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and garlic.  

Step 2

 Toast bread until nice and golden brown.

Step 3

In a pot of water, add a little bit of vinegar. Once the water simmers, poach the eggs.

Step 4

 In a pan, add butter and chili oil on low, mix until combined.

Step 5

Spread the herb yogurt mixture on the platter, top with fresh dill, poached eggs, and buttered chili oil.
