Watermelon Juice

This DIY watermelon juice is simple to make, using only a blender. You may enjoy this delicious drink with no added sugar on its own, or try one of our versions.  

INGREDIENTS

– 1 (6 pound) seedless watermelon – ¼ cup lime juice

PROCESS

Cut the watermelon in half. Using a big spoon, scoop out and set aside the pink flesh (approximately 8 cups).   

STEP 1

In a blender, combine the watermelon and lime juice and mix until smooth and frothy, about 30 seconds.

Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing with a spoon to extract the juices. Solids can be discarded. Pour the juice into four ice-filled glasses.
